Sweet… I am liking the rich text editor. So, today was a nice day. Hope and I went out at like 11:00 PM last night and got my car window pushed up so I don’t have to get wet when I drive. So this morning on the way to work was better than the day before. I worked at my cube today. Stole my desktop from the war room and set it up so I’d have a machine while I re-imaged the laptop. I could handle it, until Word wouldn’t even open. I figured at this point the laptop had “given up the ghost” and needed to be ghosted (pun intended for geeks only). I worked tickets all day and got several closed. I am finally getting into the swing of things with this new position. I think tomorrow I will try and up how many tickets I assign to myself and just dive hard into research on problems. Stretch myself, I guess you’d say.

Well, that’s about it folks. Another day at work tomorrow… Wednesday, work week is half over!

Well, I started a new job today. Now, all you loyal fans who read don’t freak out… I didn’t leave Ashland. God once again provided something great and awesome. I was moved from the “War Room” to Ashland Tier 3 Support. For those who are not techie oriented on the job titles… You know when you call a help desk and you escalate your issue as high as it can go? Well, I am one of those people you’d talk to. We handle a lot of different issues and many of the tough ones that require some research and thought to get it resolved. Pretty cool if you ask me, I am really excited and feel really blessed to be there.

So today was my first day, I got moved all over the place… Then once I got settled in at my temporary desk I worked like a mad man till lunch. Ate lunch, then worked like a mad man some more until the end of the day. All in all I got a good bit accomplished.

Well, off to do some stuff around the house.

I got a lot of sleep. So I am a happy camper. Workin on cleaning my room, haha. Then some friends are heading over and we’re going to play D2: LOD on my LAN here. It should be pretty fun!

Happy Birthday Hope!

So we toss a coin… tails… Ty lost. GUESS WHO IS WORKING 8-5. I don’t think I have ever been more excited for this stupid shift. Finally be back to normal and not getting up at these odd hours and trying to change sleeping on the weekends. YaY! Now… to stay awake all evening so I can sleep later…
