I got setup for CSCC. Eng and Math at Dublin… Freshman Seminar at Westerville. Very nice. Monday Wednesday and Thursday classes. If I can fix it I might be able to do Monday – Wednesday and have Thursday – Sunday off for school. Who knows…
I also got a MiniPCI Wireless Card ordered for the Dell… so by next week it will have built in wireless. Very Nice…
In other news, I am bored. Very bored. Going to go home and chill.

Hello everyone! I thought I’d post and let you all know I got a new laptop. Yeah, not the Dell. Well, I did get the Dell, but I gave it to my mom so she’d have a nice computer to use. So to treat myself, I went out and got myself a Gateway. Yeah, a Gateway… I actually really like it and despite what others say, they’re not junk.
For your techie and geeky folks here are the short list of specs:
Intel Pentium M 1.7GHz (2MB Cache)
512MB PC2700
Intel Pro 2200 Wireless
60GB Hard Drive
Dual Layer DVD Burner
15.4 Widescreen Display
This is to replace my failing desktop here at home. So now I am extremely happy and have a nice computer to get work done on. Never fear for you Mac fans out there… My handy dandy PowerBook G4 sits only inches away… It’s not going anywhere.

Well, I come to you from the living room in my house. See, only have AC in two rooms of the house. So with the temps getting up in the 90s this week we’ve started today and letting both ACs run 24 hours and hopefully will be able to keep the house cool, so I’ve turned my desktop off to prevent some heat being created and to save some power since our bill is going to go up.
So the laptop is much more effecient in both. Just getting ready to head off to church with the VanAttas and my family! I am sitting here listening to an old CD by an artist Allison Durham. It’s a real encouragement.

I didn’t do much today. I took a nap, washed the car and watched TV. Well, I also washed Hope’s car for her since I had so much extra energy. One of the kids I grew up with on my street came over to talk to me for a while, which was pretty cool. We don’t talk much since we’re both so busy, so it was nice to catch up. Then Hope and I watched TV and ate dinner. We chatted and that was about it.
Which brings me to now. Just sitting here getting ready for bed. I have church in the morning and then nothing in the afternoon and evening. I have a few family members I’d like to track down and see what they’re up to. Having such a big extended family, it’s kind of hard to track all of your relatives down. I could also clean and get more of our data organized.
This week at work might be a little more busy. I am not sure… So, I am going to get off here and relax a bit before I hit the sack.

Went and took the COMPASS. I did excellent on the English. I got a 99%, so I am in the highest English that they can put me in. Then the math I’m just average, because I am not a big math person and had a headache by the time I got to the math… so I was like, oh well… easy A… lol.
Now for the rest of the day… I think I am going to organize ALL of my data. Then get it moved off this computer and finally get to reimage the desktop and my Mac laptop.

We did it… Exactly at 5:00 PM we closed our last ticket bringing our cue down to… ZERO. So we screenshotted the entire thing like a bunch of geeks and went on our merry way home. Which brings me to now… Pondering on Dinner.
Did I mention I am getting another laptop? Yeah A Dell Latitude C400 for home. One of my friends at work wants to sell it and I want to buy it! So I get it Wednesday when he get’s back to the office. I’ll have to work on a customized XP CD for it so I can image it that night and have some fun.
Well, that’s it folks… I am going to eat dinner and relax.
