I almost forgot to mention. I got to talk to the guy I work with at work (Stephen) outside of work. He's a cool guy and I think I kind of freaked him out when I told him I was only 18. I don't think I scared him too much, he talked to me a few times after that and seemed to not let the age differerence get to him. Thankfully. I lose more potential friends that way. They think I am like 24 and then they find out I am 18... it's just a number people. Anyways, he's great to work with.

New AWESOME profile picture. Crazy John Boy at his finest. I guess many don't get to see my funny haha side very much. From what I am told it's quite enjoyable. So I thought you all needed a change from my old "serious" image.

Today was great! I got to hang out with my best bud, Hope. Then we decided to scout down another 7/11 and so we picked up Amy. Then we all got Slurpees and then I showed them my office. Afterwords we went back to my house and took stupid pictures and laughed. All in all... Great Day!

So, I better get off here... I leave tomorrow for Twinsburg!

Today was interesting. I finally got my IDs and what not. So my partner and I got to actually do "War Room" related things and finally get our hands a little dirty. I leave Sunday for good ol Twinsburg, OH. I doubt I am gone long. I could do rollouts in my sleep (which, I may have seeing how many hours of OT I've done before... lol). So 13 PCs will be a breeze... Well, unless they all come with wrong images, no PC Request Forms, Broken NICS, and so on and so forth.

I got paid today! Not from here... but from another job. So now I can finally get money to fix my brakes. I think I also need a few other parts, but they aren't broken yet... so I'm good. haha.

Well, going to get off here. If anyone is bored and would like to keep me company my AIM and Cell Phone are on.

Today was interesting. We had several sites almost blow up in our faces. Again, a dropped ball by management. So from a total technician's point of view I am going to sit down tomorrow with my co-worker and revise the revised copy of the documentations. Then as I am on my business trip next week (more on this in a moment) I will closely monitor what is going on, get user input, site contact input and lead tech input and compile this into an additional document. From here we will sit down again and revise the copy again to reflect these changes.

The business trip (Twinsburg, OH)  is scheduled for next week Monday - Thursday. However, They've never worked with me. I have done rollouts now for three or four years. I've seen about everything you can do on a rollout and I retain my experience so I can resuse it... in a situation like this. They will watch me in one day almost complete a four day project. I am wickid fast.

Confirmed, John is getting a Dell Latitude D600 with Windows XP. I will have to let you all know when it arrives and I am all setup. I am pretty excited... lol.

Well, that's what I am doing today. I will be working on other projects from home this evening. So AIM is your best bet to get a hold of me.

May I just say I LOVE MY JOB. I am higher up on this project than I thought. My original understanding was, "You're a lowly technician." Then today it was like, "You've been upgraded to borderline IT management." I did everything from help host conference calls for the USA and Canada technicians to help re-write documentation that will be sent worldwide for this project to tracking problems and reporting them. It's hard work, but to me... very fun!

I think I am going to get a Dell Latitude D600. Unless they uncover an IBM T40 just sitting around or something. Once I get it I will take a picture of me in my work clothes and my new notebook. I should also have a Lotus Notes account and a bunch of other cool crap to go along with it.

Also my business trip is like up in the air. I could go to three locations now. Who knows where I will be. We also don't know when I am going! EVEN BETTER! So... with that said, I am going to get off here and get to bed.

Good morning world of Xanga! Yet another day at work. Maybe today I will actually get to touch a machine or get my Dell D600 Laptop or IBM T40. Who knows... Maybe they will have us sit there for eight hours doing nothing again. I just though I'd post before I went off to work!
